Egyptia

Last spring, 2007 I decided that some of my pupils had now enough experience, a minimum of 2 years, to try their acquired dance skills in performance.
So I formed an all women group of student dancers from both my Horsforth and Knaresbrough classes into my group 'Egyptia'. We are now a group of dancers available for performances. We illustrate that Arabic dance is an enjoyable, fun experience for women of all ages, shapes and sizes and great family entertainment.
Egyptia may sometimes perform in a small team of 2 or 3, at other times a larger group may be more suitable for the occasion or particular performance. We are a lively, friendly group and encourage our audiences to join us and participate after our main performances.
